Biography

Winner of the Sculpture Prize at the Monaco GemlucArt 2018 international contemporary art competition, as well as the international call for projects for the creation of a memorial monument in tribute to the victims of the Alex storm 2020, Elena Di Giovanni transcends material to make it vibrate and come to life.

Each surface treatment, each expression of the body evokes movement. These sculptures, like a hymn to the human body, laden with emotion and sensitivity, transport us into a world of strength and delicacy.

Holder of the DMA CÉRAMIQUE (DIPLOMA OF CRAFTS ARTS) since 2013 awarded by the Lycée Léonard de Vinci in Antibes and the DNAT (DIPLOMA OF ARTS AND TECHNIQUES ‐ CERAMIC OPTION) since 2015 from the Ecole Supérieure des Beaux-Arts des Pyrénées in Tarbes.
